Clients of Wulstan Capital have part funded the purchase of Three Bridge Mill Industrial Park by Parch Estates Three LLP.

The property located in Twyford, comprises 47,000 sq ft and is let to 15 tenants.

Andover Purchase. 04/18.


Wulstan Capital has completed an agreement to purchase a brand new unit let to Costa Ltd on Andover Business Park.

The unit, once built, will be let on a 15 year lease.

New Banking Facilities. 04/18.


Wulstan Capital has renewed a number of banking facilities with the Birmingham office of Lloyds Commercial Banking.

The facilities totalling £2.85m are secured against 6 properties with a value of £7.75m.


Market Harborough Purchase. 04/18.


Wulstan Capital has completed the purchase of a modern office building in Market Harborough.

The property is let to Joules Ltd until July 2027.

York Purchase. 01/18.


Wulstan Capital has exchanged contracts on a newly developed convenience store in the centre of York.

The property is let to Co-Operative Group Ltd on a new 15 year lease.

Wulstan also purchased the freehold interest in 16 flats within the scheme each of which is let for 250 years.
