ABOUT US
Wulstan Capital was founded by Rupert Jones in 2009, Rupert was previously head of real estate (Middle East) at BNP Paribas, prior to this he worked at BNP Paribas Real Estate in Birmingham and Fletcher King PLC in London.
The majority of properties acquired are modern units let for at least 10 years whose tenants have a minimum net worth of £50m.
