Wulstan Capital has completed the purchase of a brand new Co-op convenience store in Camberley.

The unit is let on a 15 year lease without break and is subject to fixed rent increases in line with CPI.

Glastonbury Sale

Wulstan Capital has sold a trade counter investment in Glastonbury for £680,000 reflecting a yield of 5.9%.

The building is let to Topps Tiles (UK) Ltd for a further 9 years with a tenant's break option in 6 years time.

Warwick Purchase

Wulstan Capital has concluded an agreement to purchase a brand new children's nursery in Warwick.

The unit, once built, will be operated by Midcounties Co-operative on a 20 year lease.
